Our Mission: To share our photographic images with our worldwide audience in hopes they give enjoyment to all who view them.
Silver Images is family owned
and operated by Wayne & Jill
. In our print making, we strive for only the highest quality work.
Wayne has been a photographer and printmaker for over 20 years. Although
he has had formal training at Brooks Institute of Photography and
other Universities, much of his ability comes through self-study and
actual work experience.
Silver Images provides a gallery of limited edition gelatin silver images for sale. We work with the highest quality fiber-based paper and archival chemistry on the market. All black-and-white gelatin-silver prints are made personally by me,and are processed and vermatted in 4-ply museum board to current archival standards. Each print is signed and numbered in the bottom margin of the outside mat.
Prints up to 8x10 are overmatted to 14x17, 11x14 prints are generally overmatted to 16x20; 16x20 prints are matted to 22x28; 20x24 prints are matted to 26x32; and 24x30 prints are drymounted and matted to 32x40 on 8-ply board or foam core.
